Dubious to start with, but I feel that the sachets are making a difference and making me feel more grounded and less reactive, less hormonal mood fluctuations.

I decided to purchase NuMind as menopause is making me noticeably more bloated and I am gaining more weight around my middle! I’ve been taking it for 45x days now and feel far less bloated and my mid rift weight has decreased too. My sleep is deeper and I feel more calm and I definitely have less cravings for sugary treats. I love the fact the tablets come in daily sachets so you can pop one in your handbag if you are going out to lunch. I am so pleased and I have now subscribed to a monthly box of NuMind.
This product has heloed me hugely through the menopause. I supplement with magnesium gylcemate at bedtime too
I am now on my third box. I stopped all the other supplements I was taking to make sure I could see if these worked and I can say that I feel calmer, I don’t get angry quite as quickly (!) and feel more content.
Am finding the tablets great at reducing bloating. Only thing I’d change is the size of the capsules.
Has helped to start to make me feel more myself. Tirdness is not so bad and brain fog definately better.

Happy with formula starting to see results after 30 days
Into my second month and feel that my brain is less foggy. I have also noticed that I not as hungry between meals. I take it after dinner and am also sleeping better. So will continue on it It has been noted that I am not so angry as I was before I started
I have been using this supplement for 3 months now. It does say that to feel the benefits usually take to around 45 days and I would agree. The bloating I had has reduced and my energy levels returned. All in all I have felt better taking them and noticed when I didn’t.
I started taking Nu Mind 6 weeks ago and feel so much calmer, balanced and happy. Taking the supplements after dinner has become second nature now so I feel I’ve embedded them well into my routine. I used to wake in the morning feeling so low on energy and that is now gone. So pleased :)

Don’t believe everything you read on the internet… unless it’s from NU that is. The strap line ‘feel like you again’ was something I wanted to believe but didn’t totally believe it was possible. I think I had actually forgotten the old me. Even my husband made a flippant comment like ‘ I would just like my wife back’ I have to say, I’m at day 45 ish of taking my menopause support snack pack each day and I feel like the dark clouds are beginning to lift! I feel like when I move my head that my eyes keep up now instead of needing 4 working days notice to go where I wanted them to. Don’t get me wrong I can still cry at dog food adverts but I can deal with that. I’m grateful for my NU snack pack each day and will definitely continue and keep my fingers crossed the ‘normal me’ (I have never been totally normal btw..) is definitely starting to return. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose, and so much to get back xx

Ive tried alot of menopause supplements and this is the only one that eliminated my bloating. Overall felt much better .
These tablets are brilliant for menopause symptoms and general wellbeing. They really help with my energy levels, my bloating and brain fog.
Initially it seems like a lot of tablets to take but they are very easy to swallow. It is great to be able to take a wide range of supplements in one go. I have had issues with hand joint pain post menopause and this has improved.
Been taking these for nearly 2 months now- feel more alert and energy levels through the day seem level. Not sure it has had any impact on my cortisol levels and I haven't lost weight but I am snacking less. Seem to be sleeping better- still wake in the night but finding it easier to get back to sleep.

I’m in my second month of taking these and although skeptical at first my mood swings, hot flushes, brain fog only to mention a few symptoms were really getting me ( and my husband) down!
