Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 21 - MEDICAL
Our Products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease, nor is the information supplied on our website, social media or other promotional material intended to replace the individual advice available from your own doctor. If you have a recurring health problem always tell and seek advice from your GP.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, please consult a healthcare practitioner before taking any food supplement. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements are not to be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
SECTION 22 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
This section refers to products only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be either, not what you ordered, damaged or defective, or of an incorrect quantity. All returns must be in its original packaging. If the product is not in its original packaging we reserve the right to offer a partial refund only.
We will not be liable to you unless you inform us by email of the problem within 14 days of the product being delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your product was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nu Mind Co Ltd, Quintos, Priorswood, Compton, GU31DR.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
SECTION 22 - SUBSCRIPTION
Nu Mind Wellness Ltd provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions,
then clicking cancel next to the item.
SECTION 23 - COMPETITION
NU MIND WELLNESS GIVEAWAY 14/10
By taking part in this competition you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the competition. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the current terms and conditions before entering the competition. We, NU MIND WELLNESS, recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the competition.
NU MIND WELLNESS is the sole promoter of this competition. What can you win? Spa voucher for two capped at £200, An annual gym membership to JD Gyms, £100 Lululemon voucher and a year’s supply of NU MIND stress formula (or 365 sachets). The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable.
The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. NU MIND WELLNESS has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). NU MIND WELLNESS has the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of NU MIND WELLNESS. Who can enter? Entrants must be aged 16 or over. NU MIND WELLNESS reserves the right to ask the winners and their companion (if applicable) to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of NU MIND WELLNESS or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
NU MIND WELLNESS reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid. How to enter To be eligible for the Prize from NU MIND WELLNESS, you must follow NU MIND WELLNESS on Instagram, Like the post & tag a friend. Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. By submitting any films or photographs as part of the competition and by entering the competition entrants agree that NU MIND WELLNESS (and its affiliates) may use any films or photographs uploaded to market and promote the competition and for general marketing purposes. Entries may not conflict with applicable law or regulations, the rights of third parties, nor may they incite, advocate or express pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, hatred, bigotry, racism or gratuitous violence.
Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Closing Times The competition will be open until Monday 31st October 2022 at 11.59am. Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.
How are winners selected? The Winner will be decided by checking entries that meet the eligibility criteria. The decision of NU MIND WELLNESS is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from the @numindwellness account only and must confirm their acceptance of the prize straight away. Winners must be a UK resident. Winners’ Responsibilities It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize; (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the competition; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser.
NU MIND WELLNESS will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Personal information By ticking the appropriate opt in boxes you agree that you will be opted in to receive regular communication from NU MIND WELLNESS (and its affiliates). NU MIND WELLNESS will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by NU MIND WELLNESS (and its affiliates) and to administer the competition. We may also use your personal data to tell you about NU MIND WELLNESS (and NU MIND WELLNESS affiliates) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. Publicity By taking part in the competition, entrants agree to participate in publicity at NU MIND WELLNESS request if they are a winner of the competition. Entrants agree that NU MIND WELLNESS (or any third party nominated by NU MIND WELLNESS) may in its sole discretion use their name, image, any relevant video footage of them and comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).
NU MIND WELLNESS reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
