I feel better every day. Not so many aches and pains when i get up every morning. I have lost some weight back to what I was. Feel better as a person.

I feel lighter in the morning when I wake up and naturally tired at a decent time for an 8 hour sleep. My mind can switch off easily and I sleep through the night. My mood is more buoyant add I interact woht external stressors more calmly.
So far so good, I am on my second box. I definitely an improvement in the calm, feel like my old self. On HRT too so could be the combo! Who knows, I feel better and that's all I needed
Have been on nu mind wellness menopause pills for about 3 months, my sleep has improved, I don’t feel as bloated. My belly has not as yet reduced in size.I will carry on with it.
I didn't notice any differences in month one but in month 2 I realised I was feeling sharper, more energised, more like my old self

I have tried everything to make me feel better, especially when it comes to sleeping so I wasn't too optimistic when I started these but I've got to say they have been fantastic, in the fist week I started to notice a change to the brain fog, I was sleeping better and overall noticed a more positive vibe. Everything you need in one convenient sachet - I have definitely seen an improvement in my symptoms since starting to take this. Doesn’t happen overnight so stick with it but it is worth it..

The improvements to my menopause symptoms have been subtle but def there! Less sweating in the night, less brain fog and an overall feeling of wellness. I forget to take them on holiday and the sweats came back after a week. Got straight back on them when I got home and they reduced pretty quickly. Having spent a few months looking for the right thing to support me I came across Nu Mind just under a year ago. As a busy teacher already on HRT I was just looking for something else to just calm my senses along with helping with the aches and pains and boost my self esteem. It has made all the difference in so many small ways. I can’t necessarily list the improvements as it’s a million small things but my overall wellbeing is much improved! I feel back to my old self!!!
