These supplements have worked like magic for my physical and emotional wellbeing. I've actually got my energy and zest for life back which sadly had all but disappeared since I became menopausal. My aches and pains have gone and I just feel more balanced and less anxious. I've been able to start exercising again and feel so much better. I'm sleeping better and feel fresher and sharper than before. I'm not sure what component works for me but have reached the conclusion it must be the combination that my mind and body have responded to.
I started with Meno Gut, then stopped as it was expensive. By the end of the next month, I had re-started on the product. It’s great at reducing bloating!
