Feel so much better, worth the money
Really noticed a difference
It’s made me feel normal again
Having spent a few months looking for the right thing to support me I came across Nu Mind just under a year ago. As a busy teacher already on HRT I was just looking for something else to just calm my senses along with helping with the aches and pains and boost my self esteem. It has made all the difference in so many small ways. I can’t necessarily list the improvements as it’s a million small things but my overall wellbeing is much improved! I feel back to my old self!!!
I’ve bought 7x sachets on my holiday to Greece. I am definitely feeling the benefits having now taken NuMind for about 50x days. I feel less bloated, less tired throughout the day. I’ve been taking these for a a few months now and I feel good however was curious as to whether they were still benefitting me or whether other lifestyle factors were playing the greater part. I stopped taking them for a few weeks to see however quickly found that the feeling of anxiety I had previously experienced came back quickly. Originally started taking these for the weight loss element beyond anything else. I am beginning to see some success with sensible eating and 10000 steps at least 5 days a week though progress is slow.. I’m sticking with them and grateful for the support they offer x

It’s early days but I’m already feeling and seeing the benefits
I kept reading the adverts and reviews for NuMind products but thought that what was proclaimed might be a scam or exaggeration. I had a discount code for my first order….and that was nearly 4 months ago! I lost 11 pounds in 8 weeks without making many more changes to my lifestyle. I’ve now lost a further 3 pounds and feel so much better…my sleep, digestion, emotional wellbeing/stress levels have all improved. I subscribe even though it is quite expensive, but so far it has been worth it.

Dubious to start with, but I feel that the sachets are making a difference and making me feel more grounded and less reactive, less hormonal mood fluctuations.
