Birute Tenkutyte
Nutritional Therapist specialising in digestive health. Stomach acid, liver and gut

Food plays major part in our lives. We can survive without food, but what if our goal is to thrive? To wake up in the morning after a good night sleep and feel full of energy to get on with daily tasks. Anyone who has ever had food poisoning knows how eating something wrong can cause acute reaction. Similar processes are involved when we slowly poison our body with something what we shouldn’t be eating- we often feel low in mood, energy, motivation, things just go wrong.

B specialises in digestive health which is the core of our health. Some symptoms are so common we normalise and learn to live with them. Constipation or diarrhoea, bloating, acid reflux, indigestion, heartburn, aches and pain, even skin conditions can often be linked to our liver or gut function. Food, supplements and lifestyle change are simple yet very effective ways to improve your overall wellbeing. And the best time to start is now.

Lisa Smith
Nutritionist specialising in Neurodiversity

Over the past 15 years of extensive clinical experience, Lisa has developed a special interest in Neurodiversity, Eating Disorders and Distressed Eating.

She believes that mental and physical health requires a truly holistic approach, tailored to a client’s specific needs, although all too often people are given recommendations based solely upon a diagnostic label, or via a ‘recommended protocol’ as opposed to considering the unique individual they are.

Thanks to new and ever-emerging research, the spotlight is now being thrown on nutrition to help to support the neurodivergent individual combat the regularly seen accompanying symptoms - such as depression, low mood & anxiety, and to help those suffering from eating disorders, or distressed eating make positive steps to relax their relationship with food.

Each one of us is unique and gaining some understanding of how and why your body reacts and responds to different situations, foods, lifestyles, stresses and environments can help identify and understand what nutrition means for you personally, allowing for more specific emphasis on replenishing the nutrients your body and brain require to function properly when life demands a lot from it, and to help you to find a happier and calmer place.

Nikki Harris
Specialist in women's hormone and gut health

I am a fully qualified and registered nutritional therapist based in Devon, and I specialise in women's hormone and gut health - including PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, perimenopause, and the transition into menopause and beyond. I also support clients with gut and digestive conditions.

My approach is founded on the principle that true wellness isn't about quick fixes or isolated symptom management. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to achieve lasting results. I understand the profound impact of food and lifestyle choices, and minimises reliance on an extensive list of supplements.

When necessary, I use specific functional testing, such as hormone, stool, or blood tests. My commitment is to tailor my approach to the precise needs of my clients, ensuring a highly personalised wellness journey.

I offer guest speaking talks within a corporate environment, engaging webinars, transformative group programs, and women's wellness retreats. For a more exclusive experience, you can work directly with me through my 1:1 programmes.
